Quick and tasty snack or lunch
This soup powder has a very good flavour to it It is very good for someone who is gluten-free. All I do is add noodles and vegetables to it so it is perfect when youโre not well or just need something quick.

Season the World!
I use this in everything -- scrambled eggs? Check. Hollandaise sauce -- just a pinch? Yep. When I make chicken bone broth? You bet. Beef gravy? Yes. Canadian Habitant Stew? Again... a must. It's the go-to umami of all umamis. I have used it in red spaghetti sauces. The quality is exceptional. It does add salt, so you may not need table salt once you use this. You don't need a lot of it -- so quality over quantity applies here. Just a small amount can work. It's easy to add, and it's not "spicy." It's just... UMAMI. A must have in the pantry. (I consider it my secret ingredient.)

Lasts a long time
These are very tasty and last forever. Use less than the recommended tablespoon per cup. Allows me to quickly make GF ramen and other noodle soups.

Nostalgic Flavor
Instant ramen has always been one of my favorite comfort foods. But since being gluten-free for health reasons, I haven't been able to find anything close to that flavor until trying this seasoning! It tastes amazing, and brings back all those nostalgic memories from childhood. Highly recommend!
