Yes it does but one side is slightly smoother than the other

Why was paper not in a package ? It came in thin plastic which had torn in edges ? It's expensive paper and would expect it to be wrapped with care

Hello if amazon shipped this out to you it should have been in a box, you would need to contact their customer service if it was damaged due to poor packing in their warehouse.
