I googled the best way to cook this, and used my air fryer, turned out perfect.

We love our Moroccan style spices, so slow cooked with Ras el hanut ....oh My! Delicious, great value and good quantity of meat. Give 'em a try!

Very nice leg of lamb excellent quality

Ordered 3 of these on Mon 23 December for use on Christmas Day (Wednesday). 2 had use-by dates of 27 Dec but one had a use-by date the day of my delivery. What's the point in that? Not sure whether to freeze that one today, but then will have to get it out to defrost tomorrow, which seems ridiculous, or risk eating 2 days after the use-by date. They're also a lot smaller than I was expecting but there is no way to indicate the size you want when ordering online. It's a shame because we used to buy from local farm shops but they no longer have Butchers' counters. Thought Morrison's would be reliable as we've used their Meat & Fish counters in the past but this was really disappointing

The lamb shanks were small,and seemed to look old,however one I cooked them they were okay,They are quite expensive so I don't believe they are Value for money.
