I ordered the 7 gallon bags. For reference, the 7 gallon size holds approximately 1cu. ft. bag of soil (if you fill to about 2 inches from the top with moist soil.) Of course, this may vary a bit depending on the soil type and how much/little you compact it. Since the bags are fabric and not hard plastic, they do have a little room to adjust soil amounts to suit your needs. You could easily cut back a bit for shallow rooting plants/vegetables or add a bit more if you want a little extra depth. The bags are so easy to use! Simply open the bags, poor in soil of choice, plant, water, and done!.My vegetable plants are growing great in them so far. I can't speak for other brands/sellers due to the variations is quality, but I am very pleased with these bags and the seller!. They arrived nicely packaged and both the bags and handles are very sturdy, I have carried and moved them around a few times with ease and the handles did not feel loose or thin; at all. There is also little pocket inside the bags - a nice little added feature. I used these pockets to put the vegetable markers in for easy reference.Definitely ordering more!

I really like these bags. Living in a condo with a small backyard I have always grown in nursery plastic pots. I never knew I could grow in a bag. I planted up 4 tomato plants in the 10 gallon size today. They held quite a bit of soil, compost, and perlite. They were fairly easy to move around before I watered them however after I need to slide them. They drained well and a small cage fit in easily. I may never go back to pots unless it’s for decorative reason.Yes, I highly recommend these grow bags.

So sturdy, love them, really work well. Love the handles for carrying, 2 Gallon is a good size. I have bought 5 Gallon as well. Great product and great price!

They look way to small for a five gallon grow bag I have five gallon buckets and these are not the same size so I’m confused but I need to get my plants planted and don’t want to buy more so I’m stuck with these bags I guess I imagined they would look like the bucket I guess that’s on me I really needed something bigger

This bag seems sturdy enough, but they do not compare well with other similarly priced brands like Root Pouch. After using these, I think I'll spend more for a more premium brand like Smartpots. The big difference is on how well the bags hold water. You have to water these a lot more than Root Pouch. With these, the water flows out the sides much easier. Then its a nightmare when the potting soil dries out and starts getting water resistant so the water flows right off the top of the soil & out the sides of the bag. Root Pouch holds the water in better.Fortunately I'm in the rainy Pacific Northwest. I bought fabric bags to deal with the problem of too much rain 9 months of the year. But I sure wouldn't want these bags in a hotter, drier location. I can't say yet how well these bags will hold up over winter.

The Material heavy duty and won’t rip apart if picked up filled with dirt. I highly recommended this product and I will be purchasing more. Worth every dollar
