AMAZING
The photo here shows the partial I made in hot water only so itโs whiter than the one I prepared using hot tea and coffee for color before (which turned out too dark and mottled). The tools are very nice and I needed all three. After trial and error I figured out how to quickly make a good-looking and comfortable partial denture that fixes up my now-missing front tooth and the chipped tooth next to it. I might try soaking in COLD tea for short periods to get the color right so I can focus first on the shape only. I still have stitches in place and the first time I made a partial the stitches got stuck in the plastic and I nearly panicked. Be warned--if you make this while you have stitches in, your stitches WILL get stuck in the plastic, even if you don't press the product into that area. If that happens, boil some water, take a swig, swoosh for a while to soften the plastic, then use the tweezers to smash the plastic tooth away from the stitches while of course being careful not to pull on the stitches. So to work around the stitches, I melted 4 beads, gently shaped a small saddle shape with my fingers that could fit loosely in that space in my gum line over the stitches, and allowed that to cool and harden completely in my hand. Then I placed that small hardened piece over my stitched up gum line, melted ~12 more beads, and shaped the partial over the premade piece. It goes thinly over the backs of my real front teeth and also onto the roof of my mouth a little so that itโs secure. I made sure to bite down fully while it was soft and to press the back side smooth so I can close my mouth fully and also chew well while wearing this. I noticed with the first one that eating with it quickly causes it to turn yellowโlike CRAZY bright yellow. So Iโll be carrying a toothbrush and going to the bathroom to rinse and clean this off well after meals in public, and I wonโt eat with it when Iโm eating with people who can handle the tooth-missing hag I now am. I paid $550 for an Essix retainer and I really regret that after finding out how awesome this product is.

Remarkable thermoplastic tooth repair beads
I had a feeling that suddenly just popped out out of nowhere no warning and isn't that always how it happens... So I'm trying to find a dentist too see but in the meantime I want to make sure that the issue doesn't get any worse than it already is so I was like I'll just get some of that putty stuff put it in there and although I know it's probably not going to stay in there you know it'll make me feel better to use it in any case I came across this thermoplastic beads and I started reading about it and I thought how fantastic cuz you get the beads really really hot they turn from white to clear and then you basically scoop them out you roll it you roll it in a cylindrical form you put some product in your area where the filling came out of and then you just let it sit for a bit and it only takes a few moments... I know it doesn't make sense what I just said but you could roll it into a little ball you could do it and they say in a cylindrical way so like a like rolling it out like when you were a kid you were playing with clay and you'd roll it out like a snake so that's kind of what I'm talking about in any case so you take this and you put it into your tooth where you're missing your feeling and you just let it adhere but it's not like it glues it in it's just thermoplastic. The best part is if let's say for instance you're out and about and it pops out you could take that same feeling material put it into some really hot water and it'll melt again and you can reuse it how fantastic right... This product is half the cost of the pasty smenty fake stuff that doesn't even stay in it never does and it really adheres and is very Effective. So I'm going to be open it with you so I had a feeling and to be honest with you this was over 30 years ago in my number 9 tooth which is an anterior tooth it's like if you smile those are the one of the two teeth that you're someone's going to see so it's just like out there but the feeling was behind the tooth and I notice it because I know what I'm looking for but most everybody else doesn't however not having a feeling in this tooth could end up making this tooth break and I cannot have that until I can get into the dentist and I'm making calls actually right now I've left a couple of messages with dentist and I'm waiting for to hear back it's unfortunate but I want someone to hopefully squeeze me in like yesterday. So when I found this stuff I put it in and it's it's it it's holding the only thing I have to remember is I cannot floss it cuz it will pop out I already made that mistake and I was able to take the same material the same because it's a precise amount that fits in there perfectly and I was able to take that same amount put it in the hot water rebuilt it reapply it so I thought wow this is great. These thermoplastic beads for tooth repair just phenomenal I know each filling is going to be different. But for my needs it's filling in that empty spot my tongue was wanting to go in there every 2 seconds and the more my tongue would push on it I could just see it breaking before I can get into the dentist now I feel so much better for so much more relieved it feels like the filling is still in it the only thing like I said I have to be careful about is it's on one of the sides it's not like in the center or anything it's on one of the sides so I have to be careful that I don't floss in that tooth but I will be able to brush my teeth and I have brushed my teeth and that was perfectly fine I'm very happy with my results with this I just had to to let everybody know I want to shout it from the mountain tops to be honest with you it's really good product and very happy with the outcome. The appearance you can't tell the difference I can't only I know what I'm looking for it's so hard for me even to see everybody's going to have a different outcome but if you follow the instructions that they say explicitly you should have the same results as I have and I am so happy and so excited that it has given me more time to not be so worried and stressed out panicking to find a dentist when I can take a little bit of time to find a good dentist, I've just moved to this area so I am probably a but off from getting in with a new Doctor. In any case I just want y'all to know that this is something that really does work and I'm very happy thank you so much for taking a moment to read my review and I hope this has been helpful for you it's amazing something that actually works for a temporary filling!!! Yay

Terrible quality, uncomfortable, doesnโt stick, bad customer service
Tried so many times to make this work and it doesnโt work for back teeth. Not even sure how it would work for front teeth, to be honest. They are plastic beads, you heat them up and mold them. Then take it out and let it harden and then once it turns white, you insert it back. Iโve used temporary dental cement so I figured this was a similar concept for a cheaper price, but this did not work at all! I had a temporary crown on a back molar that broke, the middle part of my actual tooth is gone so Iโm constantly getting food stuck in it and wanted a temporary fix until I could get to a dentist. I got a dental cement and that worked well, but it would break apart over time. So, while looking for other options, this seemed to have good reviews. I have no idea how. The problem is you canโt keep it in the tooth as it dries (says not to), but when you take it out, it seems to slightly change shape, just enough that it will never exactly fit like a cement would. Basically, it will sit in the missing spot, but itโs literally just sitting there. Itโs not โanchoredโ as they say it will be. I tried using a dental pick to carefully remove it as to not damage the shape. I tried reheating and remolding about 20 times and had the same problem every time. You canโt eat with it because it will just fall out and the worst part is so matter how small I made it, it felt uncomfortable and was easily pushed out by my tongue. Also if you eat anything hot, it melts. Then I said forget it, itโs not working, Iโll just return and use the money to put towards cement again because at least that holds. I just received the package, Iโm an entire month before the return window closes, but the company will not allow you to return it and refuses to refund any money for their product being defective. I would contact Amazon, but itโs not even worth my time. Iโll use it as hot glue (itโs basically the same exact thing). Terrible quality, uncomfortable, not sticky enough, not durable, not even a short term solution, and horrible customer serviceโฆ Save your money, find a different product. This is not it!!

Lifesaver!
This is a lifesaver and I would recommend it to anyone a hundred times over! My tooth broke on an early Saturday afternoon and I was in pain and panicked, not knowing when my dentist would be able to get me in. Everything that even touched my tooth felt like a lightening bolt to the gum! Once I used the thermoplastic beads and was able to create an easy and stable barrier around my tooth, I felt forever grateful! Price point is perfect and product is worth its weight in gold! The color is realistic so no one could even tell anything was on my tooth, and it was the perfect thickness! Once I applied it to my tooth, itโs stayed until I physically took it off. Super effective and saved me from so much pain!

Be careful.
Update, I used this to fill a hole where my filling came out. Itโs like cement in there. I would definitely be careful with how you put it in. I had gotten it in between my teeth and itโs painful. I had to dig out some to feel comfortable and it took about three days to dig some out. Itโs been in for like a month how and hasnโt budged. So be careful. Also, I could chew gum about 4 hours later with no problems lol. Only giving 4 stars cause itโs only been a couple of hours. Seems to hold up great! I went and checked on the leftovers and after cooling they were pretty hard! I will say, Iโm a gum chewer and I canโt really chew gum now. It gets stuck to the filling.

A Fun DIY Tooth Fix (But Not Perfect!) ๐
Sooooo, I bought this as a temporary gap filler since I'm missing a tooth. Let's just say, it's a bit of a rollercoaster. ๐ On the plus side, it's SUPER easy to heat up .. just pop it in some hot water, and itโs good to go! ๐ฅ But here's where things get tricky: molding it is a PAIN. It's hard to get the perfect shape, and if you're not careful, it can get stuck in your teeth (trust me, not fun). ๐ฌ Also, a little pro tip: the beads expand a bit after you mold them, so if you want it to fit well, you gotta size down a little before you start shaping. I didn't do that, so my tooth filling is... letโs just say, not Instagram worthy ๐ (see pic for proof of my "artistic fail" ๐). But hey, itโll hold me over until I get my partial, so I'll give it credit for that. Another thing: if you mess up and need to reheat it to fix the shape, it gets kinda annoying to keep heating it up every few minutes. So... be prepared for a bit of a time consuming process. โณ All in all, it's a decent quick fix, but not the easiest or prettiest solution. If you're in a pinch like me, it'll work โ but donโt expect perfection! ๐

Life saver and deserves 10 stars
If you expect 100% perfect, the Perfect will be at the dentist and will cost a lot more than $10. But if you need a TEMPORARY FIX and have a little patience, this filling is pretty darn fabulous and can match your teeth pretty well. One of my teeth chipped a little at the front and I want to wait until I fly home this summer to fix everything for free with my uncle/dentist. So this is a life saver for me. A few observations: - depending on the damage, you really donโt need a lot of beads. For my little crack, 1 bead is all I need - I found that the best color matching happens when the bead is still soft and clear. When removing the bead from hot water, dab the excess water slightly on paper towel, then apply. When the bead is already white-ish and semi-hard, the color doesnโt match well for me - if you have a hard time removing the product, you donโt need to force it out and damage your tooth (I read some ppl experienced this) - you simply swish warm/hot water in your mouth to soften it up - Donโt throw away the unused beads or the pieces that didn't work after you tried them. Put them back in that jar with water, next time you just empty the water and add hot water! So this little packet should last you a while! - Having a napkin to dry teeth and hands helps to make it stick faster. - I bought the one with 3 metal tools. Only the one with sharp edge is useful. Itโs helpful to remove the bead from the hot water and to gently push some of the filling in between my teeth to adhere better. In case you already have a sharp tool at home, might not need to buy extra. Long nails are useful. - you can eat with this, but if you have lunch or dinner with someone, make sure you try chewing at home. Some days my filling adheres so perfectly, it stays through lunch and even brushing my teeth. Other days, just swishing water in my mouth removes the filling. And of course, avoid hot food and liquids - Have patience :-) Some days I do fantastic job just within 1-2 min. But sometimes I struggle for 20 min to achieve perfection since my tooth chipped at the front. Lastly, my tooth chipped right before a long holiday weekend. Soooo, no dentists on holidays, and if you have parties to attend or guests to greet and smile to, this product is a true lifesaver and should be included in the emergency medicine box ๐ . This is a great value for your money. After you practice, it becomes easy to apply.

The best option for a temporary solution!
These are great! My dentist had me buying crazy expensive ones that I could use once and didn't match my teeth. I decided to look for a cheaper alternative since those weren't even looking good I thought i might as well. These have left me so pleasantly surprised! You just put a couple beads in hot hot water and then wait for them to turn clear. Then take out with a spoon and mold to however you want them! The only complaint i have is that I wish they had more color options. But honestly these arent too terribly far off for me. These are the best value option I have seen. You can even reuse the wax as long as you give it a good cleaning. Highly recommend if you want a temporary solution!

Great product
This product works great, 2 of my molars side by side had fillings that had fallen out last year. I used this to fill them, the product gets hard as a rock and I'm able to eat perfectly with no sign of the filling falling out at all.

Tooth beads
Bought these many times until able to replace tooth . These beads are easy to use and work great . Easy to mold to fit missing space ... May come out eating anything too hard or sticky but looks real . No one ever noticed it wasn't a real tooth . Great temporary product.

Dodgy packaging.
This item arrived. It's not professionally packaged. There is no list of ingredients/materials. There is no "Vendor" visible, which means this amazon vendor could have just shoved any old plastic into this bag, and is selling it at a premium. I'm not confident to put it in my mouth for sure! Says non-toxic, but who is claiming that? It literally just has a sticker with a barcode on it. I'm too scared to use it. Very disappointed.

Saved me at the bank and looks legit ๐
Saved me a ton of money ! Tooth next to my front top broke off leaving jagged edges. Lost allot of dental coverage this year from my husbandโs company and played around with this product and made a fabulous little tooth that is functional for biting and everything. I crammed the product onto the jagged left over tooth and wallah ! So happy with this product
