Powerful and great for home use
This meat grinder works really well and has plenty of power. It grinds meat quickly and smoothly without getting stuck. The different plates and attachments are very useful, especially for making sausages. It feels sturdy and well built, and setup was simple. Cleaning takes a bit of time since there are several parts, but itโs manageable. Overall, a great value for the price and perfect for home use. Iโm very satisfied with this purchase.

Good Value
I've used this machine a few times so far with no issues. I just ground up 20 pounds of corned beef with the medium plate for burgers, meatloaf and pastrami sausage. Larger batches -- 10 pounds or more -- will require a rest period of a few minutes during the grind to let the machine rest, as the motor will get hot if run for too long a period of time. It seems quite sturdy and durable for such a small machine, but the grind consistency is quite good. I've experienced no clogging or rough operation; it is necessary, however, to keep the grinder parts and the meat cold in order to keep the feed smooth and prevent fats from emulsifying in the grind head. Other than the rest periods, I've experienced no issues with the machine. It will grind product as quickly as you can feed it. I would recommend sending a slice of bread through it at the end of the grind to clear out what meat is left in the feed chute, auger, auger tunnel, knife and grind plate, because there will be some left in there, as with all meat grinders. The grinder parts MUST be hand-washed to keep the plating on them from flaking. This is explained clearly in the owners' manual. It is definitely NOT a commercial-capacity grinder, but I've found that for home kitchen and barbecuing purposes it is quite capable. I have not used the sausage stuffer feature with this machine as I have an 11-pound sausage stuffer I use for that purpose, so I have no experience of its utility there. I would make the observation that the machine comes with no nose plate for that and would assume this would slow down that process. I've found this product to be of good value for its price point and can recommend it for uses like mine.

This grinder exceeds all expectations!! It is a beast!! I have ground an 18 lb brisket, 2 Hugh pork butts, 12 lbs of bacon and 2 chuck roasts!!! Not one clog, not one issue!!! It stays put on the counter and runs like a dream!! Great value for the price! Highly recommend!!!

Works
I've had this several months, and it still works. Used maybe a dozen times so far. The good: - It grinds meat well enough. - It's extremely light, and easy to clean. The bad: - Seems underpowered and could overheat with prolonged use. - Loud - The "max" wattage is obviously wrong. They're just making up numbers, because 3200w would trip the breaker, and if it didn't, it would burn out the tiny motor that only weighs a few ounces. Get this if you want to occasionally grind a few burgers for dinner. Don't get this if you have a business, or go hunting and grind a lot (more than a few pounds at once)
