Bed arrived one day early which was fantastic. It was so easy to put together. Instructions were very easy to follow. They said it needed two people. It only takes one. Very sturdy & great quality. Beautiful Bed & definitely value for the price. I just love it. Thank you so much. I'm going to recommend to friends.

Nice bed for the price. It’s sturdy enough and not squeaky. Looks good in the bedroom, easy to assemble. I suppose if it was more expensive, perhaps the design would be a bit more well thought out. Meaning you can see where the poles forming the frame come together. The visible screws are a bit unsightly… but that’s just me being a bit ocd and too picky. Really can’t complain as it’s a budget version and f something more expensive and I’m happy with it.

Was not expecting much for the price tag, but it's actually a very well built bed.I've always wanted a four poster bed but I've never wanted to pay the money. I notices this whilst searching for a new bed frame and how pleased am I.Took a while to put together but it didn't bother me, I was amazed with how strong the bed is, genuinely very well designed and planned out.I'd happily recommend it to anyone.

If you don't like wooden beds because they become creaky and require lots of tightening, then sometimes you can find a similar problem with metal beds. This one thankfully is very strong, and if assembled properly, there is no creaking or loose parts. It has a really reassuring robust design, and it holds itself up well.Assembly doesn't take very long at all, but this is with the help of two other people for me, so I don't know if this would be significantly different if trying to do this on your own. Currently it is on discount and it is currently less than £100, which is an incredible price for any bed, let alone a bed with a canopy build, especially when it is a double bed. I particularly like the legs underneath the bed, because they haven't got too many, and it's very rare to find a metal bed without extra legs underneath. They are almost always required, and if you are able to find when we just four legs, you are lucky. There are enough legs to provide stability, but not so many that you run out of storage space underneath.

This is a well made, generally robust-feeling metal bed frame. The frame is available in white as well as black, and if I’d been buying it instead of receiving it to review, I would probably have opted for the lighter colour rather than the black - we have a modern house with generally light coloured rooms, and I think this would have gone better, although I do not that whilst the fixings for the black version are black-finished to match the frame, the white version has silver-coloured fixings that don’t coordinate as well.Nonetheless, the metal is well finished in a matte effect. The assembly is reasonably straightforward and the parts are quite light, although plenty sturdy. The length of some of the pieces makes this much easier to manoeuvre with two people working together. The tools needed for assembly are included in the box.The under-frame design with posts along the middle lengthways and a side to side cross bar running across the middle horizontally does preclude the storage of a trundle bed or spare mattress underneath, but there’s nonetheless a good space for storage.I’m not convinced that the canopy top would be strong enough to support anything heavier than lightweight cotton, sheer/semi-sheer, or netting curtains - but that’s fine for a light, romantic-looking finish. A slight shame that the design doesn’t allow the canopy to be removed and the finials to be re-sited at the corners of the basic bed frame in the event that the canopy should become damaged (I’m a bit concerned that my nephews could damage this by pulling on curtains or attempting to hang on the top), but otherwise this seems pretty good for the price point - at time of writing £108.99.

I've always preferred the classic look of a metal bed frame. There's a comforting solidity to them, and with my busy schedule, I don't have time to fuss with creaky frames or loose parts. This one fits the bill perfectly. Assembly was straightforward, and it feels rock-solid. The style adds a touch of understated elegance without being over the top. It's exactly what I needed for a dependable, good-looking foundation for my mattress.
