Does what you expect.
This is an excellent blue tooth microphone. I use it with Dragon Naturally Speaking to dictate into MS Word. It saves a huge amount of time. The only issue was that the instructions forgot to mention that the on-off switch only powers up the deice. To make the microphone work you also have to press the microphone button, which serves as a MUTE button as well as the button you use to pair the microphone with its dongle.

No use if you have a non standard ear shape!
I bought this to use with the professional Dragon Dictate system. It picks up the sound well however it comes with virtually no information. There are actually 2 on and off switches - one on the side which slides and one with the microphone symbol which you need to press. There is nothing to explain that and I only found out by chance how to get it to recognise sound.The other issue for me is that it is very difficult to wear. I must have non standard ears because the hook doesn't fit round them and there is no indication as to how to wear it either. I have resorted to holding it in my hand. I am about to send away for headphones as they should fit better. This is very expensive for what it is
