Helps when you need to stay in ketosis
These are helping me stay in ketosis and have been very helpful.When I do keto, sometimes I get knocked out of ketosis easily, and these have helped me maintain ketosis and get back into it if I get out of it. I only take it as needed, but I do notice it works better when taken together with some MCT Oil, which I also have from this brand.

Keto acv pills
I started taking one capsule of keto + acv . I was looking for a product that helped put me into keto which I can't tell if this does. When I took 2 pills vs 1 I felt light headed and weak. Also I had taken other supplements shortly before . Not sure if there was an interaction or just having 2 of these keto acv pills. I also noticed my lower back hurt once I started these. It hurt to walk and I hadnt had any issue prior. Kidney issue ?? Maybe from these ? So I quit taking them and my back recovered .These are easy to swallow . I cant say that I noticed any real positive effect but I didnt take them too long. I'm attempting to finish them off to see how it goes .

Got to take it regularly, skip a dose or ignore it like I have you won't get much if any
I like the pill but I hate the capsule! You are asked to take 4 everyday and I dislike that. Don't forget, you got to be active, unfortunately it's not like a Tylenol

DOESN'T WORK
WASTE of money!!! HALF of the bottle is now empty and I"m NOT in Ketosis at ALL!!! I take 4 capsules daily with food as directed!!!! I'll never get this again.
