For the seller: do you have polish in cream or matts?

It is cream and beautiful color now it is Summer looks amazing on toes. Made is USA

No, not really. It dries to the touch fairly quickly, but it remains soft and mess-up-able for several hours. I either paint mine in the evening a couple of hours before bed, then no socks to bed, or I paint them during the day and wear flip flops all day. Great polish, lasts well, no odor, but does not dry/set up quickly.

When looking for toxic free polish they say look for something 10 free. What number is this?

We are 7 free made in USA and we can call it 11 free but rest of numbers means nothing because non of there chemicals are not in nails polishes. I hope I answer that correctly but you can always call me. Thanks

Does the pale "Beachy Chic" polish match the photo colour?

Beachy Chic is a little deeper in tone than in the picture. But I really like it! If you are looking for a pale color, this one is not pale. Hope that helps.
