Finally
Do you know how hard it is to shop for sneakers online? The pandemic has shown me this. I've literally bought and returned 6 pairs of sneakers- I'm grateful for a generous Amazon return program! So on pair 7 I finally have found a shoe that works and I know enough now about shoes I don't like to write a decent review for these. 1) material and workmanship is a big deal. These are thick, layered, and well sewn. So thick that they will probably take some breaking in but this is in contrast to the soft out-of-the-box flimsy glued-up shoes that are being made by everyone from Merrell to Sketchers to Ryka. But with the structure of the shoe, I feel like my previous broken ankle will be protected. 2) I have found that the style of sneaker I like is referred to as a "trail runner" - deep tread and a thick sole. I want to be able to walk all around the city and go off reading on a muddy trail when I want to. These fit that requirement perfectly. 3) Shoe companies aren't doing a super job of standardizing sizes and they seem to be creating narrower shoes. So I order wide in athletic shoes knowing that I can tighten the laces if I need to. These are "wide" but I'd call them a true B width fit. Also I wear 8 1/2, that's what I ordered, and that's what I got.4) They are stylish enough. The color online looks grey/coral but I'd call it more of a navy/coral with a slight shimmer to the meshy navy parts. The soles are pearly silver with large areas of neon coral on the bottom and in some of the ribbon details. Very decent athletic shoes and I've tried enough to know! Try them out and see what you think.

Nice Shoes, runs a bit small
After my foot surgery 6 yrs ago, my foot surgeon/doctor had told me since my heels are narrow than the average heel and forefoot is wide with a collapsed arch/flat feet, the best shoe to address that is NB walking shoe or cross trainers with arch support.I don't have any NB store or a shoe sore here that carries NB. It is hard for me to drive 4 hours to the nearest NB store every time the shoes get worn out.Amazon is great at having a huge selection of shoes besides clothing and accessories plus I do rely on true honest reviews of the fit of the shoes then base my desision on the info. I normally wear a 9M or 9W depends on manufacturer in regular shoes.NB does run small in size and width. I order 9.5 Wide or extra wide... if it is a walking shoe 9.5 2E or 4E I just got my NB WT410v5 today, love the medium grey with the blue accents and find the width fits comfortably, length a bit short. I couldn't find a size 10W in the same color, plus most of the shoes in 10W are gone/not available in the size. They do run a tad bit small I'll keep them, try different orthotics, thinner socks, if that doesn't work then I'll use the shoe stretcher, which works perfectly.Update:I only had the shoes for4 5 months and they started to fall apart.

Study, comfy sneakers with excellent tread and stability!
These are some of my favorite shoes. I liked 'em so much I had my sister try them on, then ordered a second pair for her, as they look just right to wear to work. In person, these aren't as dark as they look in the picture, it's more of a black mesh with a teal blue behind it in the soft parts and the solid parts are black, so one could get away pairing them with navy pants and they look like a million dollars next to dark blue jeans. I love how the heel is broad and supports my bad ankle nicely, and the tape-woven laces stay tied and hold their tension well without being too rough on my thumbs as I tie them. I also have them in the gray-and-teal and might buy the other color as well, they are that comfy. One hint on the sizing, I wear a 9.5 in some other brands, but a 10 in New Balance, so they might run a bit small compared to what you're used to, check the sizing chart and actually measure your foot before you order. The tread is especially good, I was able to run on slick pavement in the rain and not fall, and I could easily see these getting me through the icy season if I put newspaper baggies between sock and shoe for the warm. They also look very pretty under blacklight, which made Halloween nicer.

Good Roomy Toe Box & Great Ankle Support
I had these shoes in the past, so I came back for them. At first I thought I got the wrong size, so make sure you lace up and walk around, don't just slip in and out and order the next size up. Your usual size will be right.I need a 4" wide toe box to spread my toesies and the regular width allows that. My feet are 10 1/4 in. and the size 10 are perfect. They are comfy right out of the box. If you like these but prefer a smoother tread, the Saucony Cohesions break in well and give similar support. The Ryka women's Devotion Plus walking shoe has no ankle support. It's wide open. These NBs have lovely high ankle support.I want to keep getting these.New Balance, don't ever discontinue these.

I like these so much that this is my 3rd pair
I like the look and comfort of these. In the past I would buy a pair of shoes and the inside bottoms would be so thin I had to spend another $20 for some cushion inserts, not with these though.I wear them everyday and I have never had a pair wear thin and rip at the top of the toe.I like these so much that I have purchased these 3 times now. Each pair lasted about 2 years and I replaced only because they looked worn, just needed a fresh pair.Another great thing about these is the color blends in with jeans and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb with over the top color. Great price too!

NB always good quality
I have always bought New Balance for my morning walk/run. I had a NB style I'd been wearing for a number of years, but can no longer get, so thought I'd give these a try. Hard to know if they'd fit without trying them on, but knew my size with NB, so figured I was safe. Wrong. These run big. Need a half size down. Wearing them anyway because I couldn't be bothered with the exchange. I wear them out in 6 months anyway. Good quality. Very comfortable other than being too big.

Ricevuto scarpe numero errato
