Review: k6 dual 4ohm nice woofer !! loud and deep bass - ok ok so I made the wifes ride my test vehicle I am really happy with this woofer. big woofer with a reasonable depth. nice solid speaker. had to modify the box as the woofer diameter is big and used a spacer to make sure it has room to stay cool but the extra time is worth it. the sound quality is good I crossed it over at 80hz and it will shake everything. I did prep the trunk and doors with sound deadening. bought it to upgrade a kicker comp slim, a nice little speaker (vented) but this is a beast! I was surprised at the sound! I put it in a 0.6 sealed box and on 335 watts rms this is hits very hard! low and deep. part of a 5 channel audio pipe amp class a/b setup in a chevy cruze I ohmed mine out as well and each was 4 dead on and when I wired em up parallel 2ohms even I have 1.2k on 2 10's of a good brand but I going to add 2 of these to my want list they are a bargain

ok ok so I made the wifes ride my test vehicle I am really happy with this woofer. big woofer with a reasonable depth. nice solid speaker. had to modify the box as the woofer diameter is big and used a spacer to make sure it has room to stay cool but the extra time is worth it. the sound quality is good I crossed it over at 80hz and it will shake everything. I did prep the trunk and doors with sound deadening. bought it to upgrade a kicker comp slim, a nice little speaker (vented) but this is a beast! I was surprised at the sound! Bought a set of these Oct 2023 and they’ve been the most reliable subs I’ve ever owned. Started them out on a CT Sounds CT700.1D amp and moved to the 1000w version. They’ve been through 2 boxes now, the punishment of a dirty work truck, a downward facing box, and hit just as hard as they did the first day they were hooked up. Great subs. Buying one for the wife’s 4Runner soon for these very reasons.
