Very nice
It's a very nice back pack. I've had many compliments on it. Didn't smell funny like some PU leather dots when you own the box.

Not as hoped for
Quantity was not as expected, backpack straps could not be adjusted to be tight enough, front zipper pocket was too shallow to hold iPhone.

Comfortable
Usually these type of bags are uncomfortable under my armpits but this one isn't. It's comfortable and holds a lot.

Poor stitching, falling apart
I purchased this summer for a trip in October. I used it for one week and it is already coming apart. It worked great as a backpack purse and was comfortable to wear but very disappointed in the stitching. Since it was purchased well before time to use I can no longer return. Keep that in mind if you need it for something specific.
