Total waste of money.. the roaches were hiding behind the plug that is supposed to repel them...

I did NOT have bugs when I got the device but I got it as a precautionary measure. I moved into a brand new built apartment building. So far I have not seen any bugs except a few ants and a couple spiders. It has been 2 yrs now and my apartment has been the only apartment to not get roaches... still have ants on occasion.

Well I received it today on time Thank you very much so I’ll give it five stars for today and take it from there, it takes a few weeks to get results I don’t have pests right now,but it’s good to be safe than sorry thanks hope it works. I will update if needed. Not to worry if you order this just pull up the product you ordered right here on amazon and the instructions are right there about all the functions and all the bugs it covers just so other buyers know. Also know this makes it impossible to use second outlet on the plug do to shape & size. I have enough other outlets so just letting others know.

Crap. Have way more bugs now since plugged in. Not happy.Better results using harmful chemicals at least the bugs will be dead & doesn’t power. Save your money for another method

I am literally using it on red mode next to a spider and the spider isn't budging.I've had it in green in my daughter's room in the basement for quite some time now. Started noticing a spider web here and there. And now a spider built a web next to her bed. So I put it on red mode next to the spider, and the spider isn't even phased.#WasteOfMoney

I don't know if it is this item or not but after getting this we have not had anything crawling around in our 20x13 living room. If it is this item, Great. We have it for almost a year and it is working everyday.

I should have known better, at the time of purchase there were no ratings. It worked for a day or two. Since then the bugs have returned and so has my regularly scheduled post control. I wish I had saved my money.

I had heard good things about this type of product. However this particular item does not work. It never worked. The bugs laughed at it.
