Gorgeous Colours
The Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolours are beautiful. They are not quite like traditional watercolours but have their own unique qualities. The colours are highly pigmented and rich, and easy to use. With less water they are almost like gouache, add more water for translucency.

Typical good quality from Kuretake
I love the color variety - this set has some nice soft colors which aren't widely available. Creamy and wettable. Mostly opaque but can be sheered down with diluation.

Lovely color palette that is creamy which is expected. Make sure you are aware these are not like traditional watercolors with thin consistency or transparency. So many artist You Tube demos show this difference so check them out before you buy. Arrived perfectly packaged.
