Nice bright, clear bulbs, but one burned out in a few uses.
Love these in my jelly jar exterior lights. They look 100x better than the ugly coil lights, or white incandescent or the LED combo incandescent look lights. I would have preferred an Edison look to the globe but those light bulbs are so dim. These are perfect for illuminating my backyard. One star off because one light died in less than three weeks with maybe a handful of uses. We don't keep our lights on during the night, we only use the lights to see outside when we need to go out after dark which is a few times a week for a few minutes.Excellent bright white light on those that work.

Nice and bright
Nice and bright. Works great in bathroom fixture. Would be nice if they lasted a bit longer than they do.

Hope this is a freak occurrence. I bought 4 ...
Hope this is a freak occurrence. I bought 4 boxes of these bulbs as this what my fixtures call for. Opened first box and the first bulb blew the second I turned the light on. Hoping this is the only one.UPDATE: April 2019. That was the only instance of a bulb blowing immediately, but I am not pleased with the life span of these bulbs. Wish I knew if my vanity lights could use LED lights. For the price, they should last longer. I believe packaging states 1000 hours. That should last in a vanity bath for quite a while, but it doesn't.

One out of two works
Upon receiving these bulbs, I took one out to replace a burned out bulb. No problem. A month later, I took the other one out to replace different burned out bulb and it doesn’t work. I tried it in different lamps and it still didn’t work. So I paid for two bulbs, but only received one that works. Sadly, Amazon says the return window has closed. I’m not happy.

Good product
Great product, but remember Halogen bulbs do not last as long as the old incandescent bulbs did. Bottom line, if you don't care about the looks go with LEDS, might cost more, but they may outlast you!

Perfect Colour of Light
Searched for a while for the right colour. This bulb at 2990K is perfect. It is white light without being yellow or blue! The brightness (1000lumen) is perfect. Absolutely perfect for a vanity light. So happy we found these bulbs.
