When threaded in slightly, the valve pierces the co2 cartridges, keep turning until it is fully threaded in for a complete seal. Note: turn the switch OFF before screwing in.

Can this be used as a spunding valve?

Not really, but I’ll attach it to a naturally carbonated homebrew keg and monitor the pressure and use the relief valve to let off excess to keep it at the right co2 lvl.

Does this is use the threaded or non-threaded 16G cartridge?

Will this handle 1200psi input pressure?

Absolutely not. Not sure what you are doing that’s 1200psi but nothing having to do with beer or beer brewing involves anything at that high a pressure.
