Request for Refund – Defective Face Brush with Loose Bristles

I’m extremely disappointed with this face brush. Despite its high price, the bristles started coming loose within just a week of use. The overall build quality is very poor, and it has become practically unusable now. For a product in this price range, I expected much better durability and performance. Definitely not worth the money.
