I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Beyond. I purchased your cooktop with high expectations, but the product delivered had a manufacturing defect. After reporting the issue, a replacement was approved, but the replacement was repeatedly marked "Out for Delivery" and then changed to "Delayed" for several days. Finally, the replacement order was cancelled without my consent. This entire experience has caused me significant inconvenience, wasted my time, and left me without the product I paid for. My EMI has already started, yet I still do not have a usable cooktop. This is completely unacceptable for a customer who trusted your brand. I expected much better quality control and customer support from Beyond. Instead, I have faced defective products, delivery failures, and poor coordination between the brand and Amazon. Unless this issue is resolved immediately with a proper replacement or another satisfactory solution, I will be compelled to share my experience publicly and pursue my rights through the appropriate consumer grievance forums. I sincerely hope Beyond values its customers and takes immediate action to restore my confidence in the brand.
