We had the old model and this is even better. The Senseo pods give you a lovely coffee in a quick time. Don't us the bean coffee machine as it takes much longer

Item took a few days to arrive, was well packed and was easy to set up. The info pack was clear and easy to follow, once filled and flushed as required it works well. This replaced an earlier model which had decided to tell you there was no water when the deliver button was pressed despite saying it was full before you asked for coffee. This model has more features and delivers a quality cup of what you have asked for. An excellent product.

Senseo coffee is brilliant, I've used it for over 15 years and still love it. It's tasty coffee, and clean and easy to make a cup. I would rather have this than expresso, or to deal with messy grouts. But this machine doesn't have the solidity of the previous two machines I've owner (a classic one and a Qradrante). Shame then seem to make it less solid. On the plus side, it has a good size reservoir, as some models are rather small.

If you love coffee but don’t love it to strong try Philip’s coffee pods from Amazon along with the Philip’s coffee pod machine there coffee is unbelievably Good . I’m not just saying it try it.

Given as a wedding gift, they were delighted with it having sampled coffee from my similar machine.

Horrendous. It arrived without a spout so machine unusable. Amazon suggested I contact Philips Service directly. They then pretend they don't understand what I'm talking about and tell me to send photographs so they can deal with it. Send the photoghraphs and that was the last I heard of it. In fairness it was a Friday afternoon and they did sound as if the party had started.... Totally useless and an utter waste of money.

Coffee machine is good, sometimes a bit inconsistant with the mount it fills a cup. The biggest beef however is the 1.2 liter tank, there is a quarter of a liter below the minimum mark, so that's just added weight, they update "usable" tank size: 0.9L. Twice the price of a 0.7L machine that does use vitually all the water, makes this machine fall short of it's expectations, if I'd known this in advance, I would have opted for the chearer, smaller one.

Plastic very thin and flexible not rigid, chrome parts on previous model replaced with cheap plastic, classy appearance in our kitchen replaced with cheap design. Sent it back

Prima artikel, alleen slecht bezorgt. Doos was flink beschadigd en in een hoek van de hal neer gezet. Niet aangebeld. Maar dit ben ik intussen wel gewend van DHL. Gaarne voortaan een andere bezorg firma. Als ik nog iets met DHL krijg koop ik niets mees bij Amezone

De vorige senseo heeft het na 2,5 jaar begeven. Deze is bij ontvangst al defect. Wat een waardeloze rommel is Senseo geworden en ze durven er steeds hogere bedragen voor te vragen.

Très bonne machine à café. Je suis très content. Détartrage tout les 2 ou 3 mois selon utilisation. Facile à entretenir. Pour un bon café utilisé de l'eau en bouteille elle est moins calcaire.

La macchina non è male ma non ha grandi istruzioni perciò non è così soddisfacente l'utilizzo né il risultato. A volte fa caffè lungo altre volte corto da sola. Le cialde compatibili secondo me, una gran fregatura!
