Natural alternative to gum
I often deal with acid reflux, and chewing gum has been a helpful, non-invasive way to manage my symptoms. However, I’ve always been concerned about the artificial ingredients and plastic in regular gum. That’s why I decided to try this mastiha gum, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised! It’s firmer and slightly more abrasive than regular gum, so it requires a bit of care when chewing, but the benefits make it worth it. I’ve read that mastiha may have medicinal properties, which is an added bonus. While it’s more expensive than conventional gum, I’ve noticed that only a small amount of the resin is needed to create a satisfying gum-like texture, so the supply should last a while. Perfect in taste.

Kills the H. pylori in your gut
The gum/resin doesn't taste like anything, and it's as hard as wax. BUT: it kills the H. pylori in your gut, which makes it well worth the effort. You only need to chew a tiny amount (1/8 tsp. maximum) for 1/2 hour a day to reduce the H. pylori.

Interesting
I actually hate chewing gum. It normally lasts less than 2 minutes before I want to spit it out. But this stuff is kind of cool. I keep it in the fridge. I take a pinch (maybe 1/4 teaspoon) of these little droplets and crush them between my teeth. Shatter completely and the it comes together in a small wad like a dough comes together as you knead it. The gum is stiff enough to help relieve anxiety. The flavor is herbal-like and almost citrusy. It does not fade. I can chew this for 20-30 minutes before getting bored. I’m sure it’s not for everyone, but I’m glad I found it. I would not hesitate to repurchase.

Interesting chewing experience
I bought this because I was interested in natural gum and this one definitely looked intriguing. It has a faint smell that I can’t quite put my finger on (Maybe like vinegar and something but it’s very slight). The pieces themselves are very small and start out quite hard, but turns into a hard gum after chewing it. It doesn’t have any flavor really so you definitely want to mix it with something. It did at least give me the experience of chewing a natural gum.

Purched for digestive aid ⚠️ includes warning
It didn't cure my guts but it is decent weird sap gum and I think it might bw helping a little bit. It's flavor is medicinal and weird. It takes a while to ship but it seems to be good quality. It does NOT melt in coffee (stuck on mug and spoon!). It DOES melt if you put a small amount in chili and simmer it for an hour (it seemed to dissolve entirely). It chews HARD and you could hurt your teeth or your jaws if you aren't careful! I bit my lips/cheeks crazy hard more than once the firsty try, so take it easy because it's definitely not bubble gum! It will shatter if you drink something cold, which is neat and might help if you get any stuck in your teeth. I don't dislike this but I'm not sure if these "tears" are the correct form of this stuff for me. Your milage may vary. UPDATE: I saw baking recipes online and tried grinding a little (1/4 tsp) in a mortar and pestle and adding it to sugar cookie dough to test flavor. When I chewed a (gross tasting) cookie the hardened tree resin, which had melted into the cookies, shattered and lacerated the inside of my mouth and my entire digestive system. It has been more than 24 hours since that cookie and I am not sure the bleeding is over yet. This stuff is extremely dangerous but the internet will lead you to believe otherwise. ⚠️USE EXTREME CAUTION⚠️

great for grinders
i am ecstatic that i found mastic gum!!!! after a visit to the dentist to discuss some of my issues like grinding and a sort of chewing obsession that i have - i have been chewing on charcoal and bentonite clay in my water for quite some time now and it has deformed my bite - she actually suggested gum!! well in my unsuccessful hunt for the perfect organic, tasty gum that didn't contain poison ingredients like gmo's and natural flavors, i stumbled upon mastic gum! i read tons and tons of reviews because i was a little intimidated by the potential hardness of this gum and the fact that many said it can stick to your teeth or dental work and never come off which definitely would've left me in a panic, i have found that this checks all of my boxes for the perfect stress reliever/all day chew toy in my mouth!!!!! i am chewing way less charcoal, my teeth and jaw feel stronger, my teeth feel less shifty, and it keeps me BUSY, CHOMPING AWAY!!!! it never stuck to my teeth, it will last forever as i have been chewing on the same little wad of gum over and over for a few days now which only consisted of like 5 little droplets, i am just PLEASED AS PUNCH with my discovery and that the risk was well worth the reward for me!!!! finally a healthy solution to my obsessive compulsive grinding/chewing!!!!! i am excited to see the gut benefits as well! this stuff ROCKS!!!!!

Meh - not for most people
I don't know enough about mastic to say whether or not this is a good product. I am inclined to say it is, as it's clean and pretty pure. That said, it's a pretty horrible gum. If you're not expecting or accustomed to this type of product for chewing gum, be advised. It doesn't taste great. It's not horrible, but it's not particularly great either. It's extremely firm, will stick to your teeth and your jaw will get tired of chewing it quickly. It dries out fast too, so it'll crumble into pieces shortly after chewing. I guess you could reuse it - never felt the urge. It's also very expensive and you need close to 10 little pieces to make a nice chewing piece. There are other mostly natural options available with a much better texture and taste. I'd skip this unless you're trying to do some kind of strange looksmaxing jaw work, or just grew up on this stuff, or are wanting the most natural option possible. But, if you're semi-normal - this ain't it.

Wow, this gives you a workout
After using Falim for a year or two I wanted something slightly more natural. Heard about mastic tree gum and bought this. This is expensive, but a single piece can last you a really long time and by goodness, this is the toughest (and most enjoyable) gum I've ever had. Note: when you open the package, they are very small "pebbles" that feel somewhat hard. Put a small handful in your mouth and let them sit for 20 seconds before chewing so they soften up from your saliva first. Chewing hard stuff is really good for jaw & facial development. It's a myth that it damages teeth. As long as you aren't chewing literal rocks, it actually makes your teeth stronger over time.
