Never wrote a review on Amazon before but I’m so impressed with these little patches. I initially bought these for my 11 year old son who has struggled for years with stuffy nose. It gently encouraged his mouth to close at night / this did not occur straight away. It took just over a week of use for him to sleep with his mouth fully closed. He was actually asking for his mouth taped. I could really notice how much more alert he was and generally more willing to do stuff. I thought I’d give it a go too and I am not a snorer and don’t consider myself to have any issues as such. I can’t believe the difference it has made to my restorative sleep and resting heart rate metrics almost immediately. HRV is up. I feel so much more rested. I would consider myself to be an healthy individual and have worn a fitness tracker for years. I have never been able to achieve some of the metrics that have occurred overnight from taping my tape. I am amazed! Husband is now trying them.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! Absolutely useless!!! Supposed to keep your mouth closed when you sleep, do the EXACT OPPOSITE!! Fabric horrendously stretching, no advice on how to fit other than a not very clear drawing, the opening cannot secure your mouth (or your jaw) so you CAN breathe out, but after a few short minutes you your mouth can drop open and you can breathe IN as well!!! I tried 3 successive night, nut have to accept defeat! But the ‘Lavender ones’ work a treat and so, so much cheaper (and delivered next day!) I have just come out of 6 years of being unable to breathe properly so I really do need something that works and this doesn’t!

This exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable, and didn't irritate my skin as I expected. It's not so constricting so you can still talk and you are still able to keep your mouth open a little bit however my mouth is not near enough as dry in the mornings. It's apparently helped me stop snoring too. If you feel like you need a nasal spray just make sure it's not addictive. I fell asleep without it once and woke up with a new appreciation for it.

It's like ripping a plaster off my mouth every morning. Also the size names are misleading. I ordered medium and it's actually for teenagers not adults. Aside from that it does stop the mouth breathing however there are others that do the job without feeling like their peeling my skin off when being removed. The design is a good idea and it's easy to use, but it's just too painful to remove.

I had large ones both normal and sensitive, they were for an adult but they were too big and not comfortable, so this time I went for medium size. Somehow feels thinner ( maybe I am imagining it 😆) than large ones. They are actually perfect for me. They are not too sticky to peel off, doesn't leave glue on my face! So pleased to purchase medium size.

I had used this product for many years (and thankfully I was well stocked up with the original) I recently ran out and purchased what appears to be a newly branded, "updated" version. This new version is not the same as the original and the company should really rethink their strategy. The main difference is that the glue is too sticky. I felt like my skin was peeling off when I removed it and it actually hurt! Plus, I had to use waterproof eye makeup remover to get rid of the residue glue left on my face. A huge disappointment as I loved this product, it was so beneficial for me, but I don't think I'll be able to use it anymore. Disappointing.

Effective and easy to use. Still able to open the mouth if necessary.

Really helps in training against snoring.
