This salt is great to cook with!
I love this salt! It is my new go to for rice, fish and chicken. It has a slight herbaceous flavor profile that works well with all other seasoning and ads it own light flavor to things that don't always get extra seasoning like rice. Plus the low sodium is an obvious bonus and it also lasts a lot longer than I thought it would. So the value it there.

Too Much Sodium for a Medically Prescribed Low Salt Diet
This product is advertised as "low salt" and "excellent for low sodium diets". It's NOT!!! It may be "50% less sodium" than table salt, but it has180mg of sodium in half a teaspoon. That's a LOT of sodium when you're on a medically prescribed "low salt" diet. If heart and/or kidney health is a serious concern, find a different salt substitute.

Fantastic salt alternative
Great table salt alternative for a renal diet! I use it when cooking for my husband especially and on popcorn. We're all eating healthier on low sodium! It goes a long way because of the powdery consistency! They also sent a generously sized sample of the white! We'll definitely be buying from here again. I have not found the taste or smell off-putting whatsoever, especially in cooking.

Taste like real salt.
This green salt is amazing. I would recommend this if anyone is on a low salt diet. No artificial flavor, tastes like the real deal.

Taste of the swamp!
Really not a good salt substitute! Taste like swamp water... Would not recommend! Ended up in the trash after trying to give it away and no one wanted it...

Pulverisiertes Salicornia bzw. Seespargel Salz von SaltWise
Das Produkt ist von herausragender Qualität. Die Chargen, die ich erhalten habe, haben eine Konsistenz wie Pulver, d.h. es ist sehr fein gemahlen bzw. pulverisiert. Der Geruch nach Öffnen der Packung erinnert an Salzwiesen an der Nordsee. Der Geschmack kommt sehr deutlich zur Geltung, was vermutlich auf einen schonenden Verarbeitungsprozess und durch die Pulverkonsistenz maximierte Oberfläche zurückzuführen ist. Ich habe das Produkt aus den USA ausprobiert, weil mich die europäischen Produkte nicht überzeugt haben. Auch hat mich die Website von SaltWise und derer Geschäftsphilosophie angesprochen. Info zur Bestellung und Lieferung nach Deutschland: Versandkosten sind keine angefallen. Die Zollgebühren sind sehr niedrig, jedoch muss man die fast 3x so teure Zollauslage der Deutschen Post berücksichtigen.

Expensive Green ‘Dust’
Terrible product. Just expensive green ‘dust’ that cannot be used as a salt substitute in any way shape or form… Non-refundable so it went straight to the garbage bin.
