I buy this kind of salt because I’m on a low sodium diet. It gives flavor to food and is half the sodium as regular salt.

This salt is great for anyone on a low sodium diet. You don't need very much either. I prefer the green over the white just because of price. There is no taste difference between white and green salt so why not save some $$?

This product really tastes like salt. It smells like alfalfa when the package is opened. Not as much when it is sprinkled on a food. It is also pea green & looks that color when sprinkled. The texture is like a powder so I’m looking for a proper shaker. Overall, I’m happy with it because it has a lot less sodium in it.

This actually tastes like salt. I am getting used to lower salt levels but some things need salt. This is a good alternative. I think their white salt is even better.

Would not call this a “salt substitute”. Has a mildly herbal taste that’s not unpleasant, but then it’s not “salty” either. Doesn’t lend much in the “visual” area. For the price, I’ll just continue down the “use less salt” path and skip this stuff.

Great table salt alternative for a renal diet! I use it when cooking for my husband especially and on popcorn. We're all eating healthier on low sodium! It goes a long way because of the powdery consistency! They also sent a generously sized sample of the white! We'll definitely be buying from here again. I have not found the taste or smell off-putting whatsoever, especially in cooking.

I found this salt subsitute quite tasty....kind of veggie green, very tasty and has a plant based taste.. .......It is a little pricey......

Das Produkt ist von herausragender Qualität. Die Chargen, die ich erhalten habe, haben eine Konsistenz wie Pulver, d.h. es ist sehr fein gemahlen bzw. pulverisiert. Der Geruch nach Öffnen der Packung erinnert an Salzwiesen an der Nordsee. Der Geschmack kommt sehr deutlich zur Geltung, was vermutlich auf einen schonenden Verarbeitungsprozess und durch die Pulverkonsistenz maximierte Oberfläche zurückzuführen ist. Ich habe das Produkt aus den USA ausprobiert, weil mich die europäischen Produkte nicht überzeugt haben. Auch hat mich die Website von SaltWise und derer Geschäftsphilosophie angesprochen. Info zur Bestellung und Lieferung nach Deutschland: Versandkosten sind keine angefallen. Die Zollgebühren sind sehr niedrig, jedoch muss man die fast 3x so teure Zollauslage der Deutschen Post berücksichtigen.

Sehr guter gesunder Salzersatz. Passt auf Salate oder auch gekochtes gut. Enthalten auch sehr viele wichtige Mineralstoffe.

Terrible product. Just expensive green ‘dust’ that cannot be used as a salt substitute in any way shape or form… Non-refundable so it went straight to the garbage bin.
