Simple waste of money. Otherwise working is good. It got damaged while unplugging from my laptop within a month of usage. Did not expected this. Support was also bad. They straightaway declined the replacement of the defective piece. Another point is when you buy, please check the warranty on poly website. Mine was promised for 2 years but on website it is remaining for 1 year 1 month.

Despite of so much noise in the surrounding, it cuts all the noise and just sends crystal clear of your voice to the people on the other side. Except volume that we receive could have been better. But otherwise I'd recommend everyone who wishes to buy a good product with noise cancellation for office meetings

Works as expected, but as per colleague feedback, ANC is not effective. For the price, this should have worked perfectly considered this is specifically for meetings.

Bonjour les amis ce casque Audio n'est pas fait vraiment pour les téléphones mobiles j'utilise des Samsung ils sont super sensibles à ce microphone ou le contraire, les décibels du microphone est différent sur un PC j'ai fait un test avec l'ordinateur il y a pas de claquement comme si le vent tapait sur le microphone mais c'est le vent de la bouche et il a fait 0 faute sur un texte de la Banque, d'ailleurs je parle avec ce microphone donc ne faites pas la bêtise que j'ai fait de l'utiliser sur un mobile car le son n'est pas correct elle ne fonctionne correctement que sur un PC je vous le conseille vivement car elle est précise très bon article si seulement, je pouvais lui mettre 10 étoiles je l'aurais fait sans hésiter Merci au vendeur merci à toute l'équipe Amazon

Great microphone.. I usually work from a cafe and this set has really good noise cancelling from the mic. You couldn’t tell you were sitting in a busy cafe. It’s not the most comfortable for long periods of time however for meetings it is good. I usually use this on Citrix for Mac and works great. Speaker quality has impressed me overall! You can listen to good quality music with these! I think in general, office headsets are overpriced so relatively this is priced quite modestly.
