I bought several versions of these pill boxes and this one is absolutely perfect! The easy open latch also pops the lids up so it's not a two handed operation where one hand presses the latch and the other hand has to open the lid. On some versions of these boxes, the Nighttime labeling is up-side-down so it is harder to use and makes it confusing because it seems reversed. This model is sturdy because the weekly trays don't pop out like others because it is integrated into one piece. Lastly, the color coding makes the day/night association for each day of the week very clear so there are no mistakes. I bought 2 of them to make a 2 week day/night pill supply so I don't have to refill them as often.

These are great! The tabbed flip-open lids are so much easier for my husband who has arthritic hands. The compartments are big enough to accommodate 5 large capsules and still have some room for small pills. The entire top of the unit comes off for easy filling and snaps shut so it remains secure. We take these with us when we travel and so far they have withstood plenty of mistreatment being dropped and knocked around. They are pleasantly color coded for each day which makes them easier to differentiate for someone who's visual acuity is not the best.

Pill holder has adequately sized compartments. I didn’t need a really large size for traveling. The lids stay closed and you can turn the unit upside down without having pills drop out. The really weird thing about the case; to open the top daytime pills the lids open towards you and the day is listed left to right but to open the night pills you have to open it backwards towards you. If you turn it around it’s upside down. I’ve had these cases before and usually when you turn it around it opens left to right for both sides but this doesn’t. I hope you understand what I mean.

Perfect for organizing my dogs medication! It’s large enough for multiple medications(capsules and tablets of various sizes) Easy to read and is very nice how the top is removable for easy filling too.

My husband is on several medications and supplements that are taken morning, night or both. This organizer is big enough to hold several larger pillsand capsules easily, and the hinges on the lid are sturdy.We like that you can pop one or two off the day's containers out of you are going to be gone over night instead of taking the entire organizer. The dark color means most pills stand out in the section container and you don't miss a pill or capule.We've had this for a while and it's still holding up to twice daily usage.

Love this! The top snaps off so night and day slots can be filled at the same time. I’ve had a few of these and I had to fill morning, close it up, open evening and fill. This makes it so much easier since my medications are 2x daily.
