No, this M22 Twist adapter does NOT fit a Meditool electric pressure washer.

Meditool electric machines appear to use proprietary push button fittings to attach the high pressure hose. This makes it difficult to find third party adapters and tools (such as extension lances, surface cleaning attachments, sewer jetters, etc.) for the machine.

Most imported electric machines also have proprietary socket fittings on the end of the metal spray lance. These look very similar to standard 1/4" Quick Connect fittings, but don't fit.

You can try to attach a standard 1/4" Quick Connect Coupler Plug (such as a Forney 75135 1/4 Female NPT plug, sold on Amazon), but it's not likely to fit.
