This trigger point massage tool is definitely capable of rubbing deep, and I have experienced some relief in lower back pain after using it. It is slightly difficult to use just because of the hardness (though that is necessary for it's function), and it is big enough to cover a wide area. I think in order to get the maximum benefit from this tool, you'd want to make sure to research trigger points so you don't end up getting more aches and pains. With that said, using this regularly will likely provide much relief.

I will give any type of myofacial tension relief device a chance because I always have so many different aches and pains. So happy that I took a chance on this one. The size is more than double the size of other devices that I have used it in the past which makes it perfect to use on so many more body parts. I use this for my back, neck, tailbone and feet. The amount of relief that I receive is amazing! It can be painful but it’s the good type of pain. And honestly, I have seen that when you do have pain, it’s usually because there was some sort of knot in that area which is what the device is made for. It isn’t supposed to be used to be pleasant but it’s for relief which is what it does when pressure it applied on those tense areas. Give it a try! Definitely worth it

I have tried this in every possible position, it is just too painful for me to lay on top of. I had read it works wonders for some people so figured worth a shot. It is much larger than I had expected and hard as a rock making it very uncomfortable trying to line yourself up properly. The lower back hip area may benefit from this but again hard to align spine with big hard nubs digging in. I only weigh 148 pounds with a muscular frame so I may be too bony or something regardless I cannot recommend this tool.

You can definitely get a good massage with this. It is very hard. You can hurt yourself too if you’re not careful. It can be used on many parts of the body. I didn’t like using it against the wall since it is so stationary. I had better luck sitting down. It is quite big, can cover a large area of your body, work on many trigger points at once. Though I think this is a good tool, it is only hard plastic. I think $ 50 is too expensive for this item.

I struggle with a lot of knots and muscle tension, so I was happy to receive this. To my surprise, this actually works! It looks weird, but it works well, and it doesn't hurt me like some similar devices I have tried in the past. It's a little pricey, but it is so worth it. I love it!
