This watch is everything I expected it to be. It arrived quickly, and after wanting one for quite some time, I was excited to finally add it to my collection. I chose the CIGA Design Blue Planet First Edition Titanium because it is the award-winning model. The unboxing experience was excellent, with the watch presented in a unique booklet-style box that feels both premium and well thought out. Setting the watch and learning to read the display took a little time. The smaller numbers are not as easy to read as those on the Second Edition, but after a few days it becomes completely natural. This watch is a real conversation starter. Its unique design attracts attention wherever I wear it, and people regularly ask about it. The included straps are comfortable and look great, although I have since fitted a Milanese mesh strap, which complements the titanium case perfectly. The crystal can produce some glare in bright light, and unlike the Second Edition, there is no lume for low-light visibility. However, this watch is more about artistry than practicality. It is a wearable piece of art and a true statement piece. If you are looking for something unique that stands out from the crowd, I highly recommend the CIGA Design Blue Planet First Edition. I am so pleased with it that I will likely be purchasing the Moonwalker version next.

Very pleased to get hold of this beauty (albeit a little late). The necklace is rather nice too. It takes a little while to get used to telling the time but once you've mastered the display it's very intuitive. Many admiring glances and a real conversation piece - and brilliant value too.

Questo orologio ha vinto il Challenge Watch Prize del GPHG 2021, affermando la sua posizione nel panorama globale degli orologi di lusso. Come l’ho Scoperto: Interessante notare come ho scoperto questo orologio. Era pubblicizzato su Facebook come una replica, il che ha suscitato la mia curiosità. Dopo aver eseguito una vasta ricerca su YouTube per verificare la sua autenticità e qualità, ho deciso di acquistare l’originale direttamente dal sito CIGA Design. Devo dire, non ho mai fatto un acquisto più ponderato e soddisfacente. In conclusione, questo orologio è oltre ogni mia aspettativa in ogni aspetto, incluso il prestigioso riconoscimento che ha ricevuto. Ok, I gotta say, I really love this watch. Look: extremely attractive. Love the brushed metal, smooth contour, and while not noticeable in the photos, the markers and numbers are beveled and polished so they sparkle and reflect with wrist movement. Provides a jewel-like effect which offsets the masterpiece central element. Comfort: wears really well on the wrist. I am very sensitive to irritants. The smooth rounded contours help both make a large watch wear smaller and also not be uncomfortable nor feel heavy. I got the stainless steal as I actually like the look and heft of it. I do not feel though that it is a top heavy watch. The silicone band also doesn't pull on the hairs on my arm or cause irritation in all day wear. Finally the clasp is sharply beveled, brushed and beautiful. Function: I know it is not easy to read the numbers at a glance but it IS easy to read the time at a glance. Ability to read the inner ring numbers is of course is directly proportionate to your age and need for reading glasses but I really don't mind. I love the concept of the unique gearing and the single hand and every time I look down at it, it makes me smile. This is one cool watch and I am very happy with my purchase. I put it on a timeographer and it runs at 28,800, has almost zero beat error (between 0 and .1 depending on the position), and was accurate to better than 10 seconds per day. Very impressive. This one will get a lot of wear for sure.
