**Q: Has anyone successfully hung this horizontally using Command strips?**
A: No, I used a sinker screw and wire to secure the key end and a sinker and headed screw to anchor the handle end. Though I love the command strips for light projects, this key in my opinion is way to heavy,

I love this key! It is heavy like iron should be. It is distressed like an old key, and I'm over the top thrilled with this key. I actually ordered a few of them and am really glad I did. I really like unique old items. This key reminds me of that - something you don't see every day but is made with a lot of attention to detail. It has slight imperfections that actually makes this perfect. If you enjoy unique antique things, you'll love this. The look and feel of it just fits exactly what I was looking for.
