Love it - best one
Got a new car. Wanted more lumbar support. Purchased several different seat cushions and returned them all. My chiropractor recommended this cushion. I liked it so much I bought a second one for my desk chair - which I am using as I write this review. Very good quality. Not too hard or too soft. Holds it shape. Worth price.

Great if it fits your seat!
The lumbar support pad itself seemed like it was really good quality and would breathe well, but it did not work for what we needed. We were looking for something to add into my husband's truck as his lumbar support no longer worked and he was struggling with back pain. Unfortunately this did not fit between the seat bolstering and the strap was not long enough to go around the seat to hold it in place. Unfortunately we had to return it.

Provides comfortable lumbar support to a very arthritic back.

Uncomfortable
I have a Samsonite head rest for my office chair, which I like, so I thought I would add one of these. I'm not sure of an application in which this would be comfortable, but after a few minutes it felt like my back was breaking. I would not recommend.

Comfortable, but not cooling
The pillow is soft and does act like memory foam, unfortunately in more than just good ways. It shows and emphasizes cooling with the holes, but unless your in anything other than a thin t-shirt, it gets hot. Tried as a back pillow for support in a chair that's lost it's structural firmness and it just heats my back to the point where I have to remove it. It's probably great for an office chair, maybe a car if you are cold. But as far as cooling, I doubt it has any real benefits being made of hot/heat absorbing memory foam.

Finally one that's wide enough to be usable, but maybe a little too thick front to back
I've been looking for one that was usable as I have a wide chair and a wide back. This is the first one that fit that bill. It's firm enough to be solid without being too much. The only thing I have a small issue with is it's a little bit too thick front to back. Other than that works great.
