Not sure what happened...
Package appeared to be new. All items were individually wrapped...the emblem, bracket, and the camera. Tried just hooking the camera to test, and never received an image. The camera had an oily film on it. Maybe I just received a bad one. I bought a different unit as I really only needed a camera.
