Legitimate JB Oil.
Legitimate item for JB Vacs. Price was fair, seems to last a few pulls and captures a good amount of the gunk and air. The Smell and color are legit. This is a bonafide Vac Oil.

Use this for regular oil changes
Buying this oil by the gallon is the most cost effective way to do routine maintenance on your JB industries vacuum pump. You will absorb moisture into the oil when you use it, so if you want your pump to last, you can't be a cheapskate. I recommend keeping an tight fitting cap on your vent tube when you're not using your pump to cut down on absorbing moisture from the ambient air. My vacuum pump is over 10 years old and I credit the longevity to the preventive maintenance done. A new vacuum pump is much more expensive than some regular oil changes.

A great oil to use when vacuuming HVAC linesets.
I've always used Black Gold Pump Oil in my HVAC vacuum. I feel that it is the best oil to use and will continue to use it in the future.

Good clean oil
We have been using our vacuum pumps without replacing the oil in our shop so I finally bought some oil and cleaned out the oil and replaced it with this oil. Its clean and good and a good oil to use to lubricate your vacuum pump. However, you might want to note that it does give off a slightly weird smell compared to the stock oil that I was using but my vacuum pump seems to be working and well lubricated.
