Excellent gel I use on nightime last thing before to sleep , it helps me to keep my mouth moist were sleeping, I notice a improvement as in the morning my mouth it is not so dry as it used to be.

I have to take Amitriptyline for tinnitus & this medication leaves me with a very dry mouth at night. I found the Biotene very good & a small amount Kept my mouth moist for most of the night. I chose it particularly because it was supported by dentists & I was concerned that other treatments might harm teeth.

Genuinely was at my wits end. This is easy to use, lasts for hours and provides so much relief. And doesn't taste or feel uncomfortable at all. If you really suffer with a dry mouth this product is excellent wish I'd found it sooner.

It’s a great toothpaste. It has no Sodium Lsuryl Sulphstr, but still foams. It helps with my dry mouth

I am a dental hygienist and would recommend this product for dry mouth however I have used it for my own dry mouth and it isn’t nice . Think a flavour would have been more beneficial.

Definitely not a magic fix but it does really help. I use it in conjunction with the Act dry mouth lozenges and between the two I get a significant amount of relief. The taste is faint and doesn’t linger for too long
