This was a great computer for my senior Mother, all in one design and basics work great for her along with a very economic price. The main features she needed was email and Facebook access with modern WiFi hook up s and an OS that could be updated (From 9/10 to 11). Other than that, the monitor is great and speed difference from the old Lenovo is great. As usual ASUS puts out a good product that is easy to use!

Me again.It's now 7 months after I purchased this computer. Now the mouse is not working right (first it was the OS install (I rebuilt it from scratch), then the wifi failed (I bought an external USB wifi stick). I used a mouse from another computer, using the same battery that was in the ASUS mouse, and it works perfectly. So, it's definitely the mouse. I requested a replacement and was told they don't sent replacement parts. If I want a new mouse, I have to send the computer back for 10 days. No thanks.So I repeat, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I EVER BUY ANOTHER ASYS PRODUCT AGAIN. BEWARE!

These are good all-in-one computers, I just wish the mouse and keyboard were better quality, but that’s not a big deal.

I purchased this computer to replace my 14-year-old desktop tower. Computer was easy to set up and all my peripherals were easy to add. This computer is very fast on my Wi-Fi network. The screen size is excellent, and the tilting feature helps with cutting out all glare. So far, I’m very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this to anybody who needs a nice home computer for every day tasks.

I received the ASUS computer and completed the basic Windows setup. However, when I checked the settings in Windows 11, I noticed that my computer required activation. I attempted to activate it, but the key didn’t work.I contacted ASUS tech support to report the issue, and they provided me with a number to call. When I reached out to Microsoft’s activation team, they informed me that my computer had Windows 11 Pro installed, even though I was supposed to have the Home edition. They then transferred me to another department, where a technician remotely accessed my computer and reinstalled the correct Windows 11 Home edition.The entire process took about 2.5 hours. Fortunately, I have a background in computers, so I was able to handle the situation. Otherwise, it would have been a much bigger hassle.

Love it. But I have 2 other monitors for work on my desk. Is there a mount I can buy for this?

I do basic stuff on this, so don’t know how it is for gaming
