The wood is high quality, and the playpen feels very secure once assembled.My only complaint is the door design. It uses both a top and bottom latch, which can be difficult to operate with one hand. If I’m holding my baby, it’s often easier to step over the playpen rather than try to open the door. A more user-friendly one-handed latch system would make this product even better.Overall, this is a high-quality, spacious, and safe playpen that I would definitely recommend to other parents. Amazing product, and even better customer service. High quality construction, and very easy to assemble. Also very simple to adjust the size and shape of the overall enclosure. The wood is thoughtfully constructed with no signs of wood splinters or rough patches. The hinges have multiple set angles that lock into place, from 360 degrees one side to 90 degrees the other side. The weight is also just right, light enough to collapse with one person.Also, customer service was top notch. I asked for an additional panel which is normally sold separately and they sent me one free of charge!

This is a great playpen! It’s aesthetically pleasing and the quality feels great. It can fold up which is nice and it still feels sturdy. I originally was sent wrong parts so had to reach out to Zety Customer Service but they were great and able to get me to the correct parts very quickly. Highly recommend!

We bought this playpen originally for 9 month old and 2 year old and they absolutely love it! They love playing with the activity panels and we've added more toys to play with within the playpen. We've adjusted the size and shape of our pen depending on how many kids are in it (cousins come over) and it's super easy to store away when not needed. Our 2 year old loves to go in and out likes that she can keep the puppies out of it lol. The gate got a lot of use and did eventually break. We contacted ZETY and were super helpful in assisting us in getting a replacement. Their customer service is top notch and would definitely recommend to any family with little ones.
