Excellent Punching Bag!
This punching bag is sturdy, easy to set up, and great for home workouts. The included gloves and air pump are a nice bonus and make it ready to use right away. It stands securely during training and provides a satisfying rebound after each punch. The quality is excellent for the price, and it has been a lot of fun to use. I would definitely recommend this punching bag to anyone looking for an affordable training option.

الكيس جيد جدا لكن ليس مثل الصورة .. القاعدة ايضا بالون بالنفخ وتعبئة الماء او الرمل .. الصورة كانت توضح قاعدة بلاستيكية صلبة .. على العموم لنا اسبوع نافخينها وعيالي مبسوطين فيها وماسربت هوا

Satisfied
For the price, it's good for a light workout. Something different & fun to work arms & shoulders. Quick, easy set up & easy to move around if needed. I put it in the bathtub & used the faucet to quickly fill the base with water. You can adjust how heavy you want the base, then use the air pump to fill remaining space to make it firm. Included are 4 hole repair patches, in case of puncture. You've got to make sure the air plugs are pressed in very tight to avoid air leaks. The gloves & pump are ok. Not high quality, but after a couple of months use, they're holding up.

Doesn’t hold air
After a few days it started deflating, it will Hold the air for a while but not long. Not able to use it now :(
