This works as advertised! My husband is sleeping thru the night for the first time in years. This is his second bottle, I’m amazed he tried it, and even reordered, because he doesn’t take anything over the counter. We will continue to use Relaxium as long as it continues to work.

I took two of these and they made me really sleepy, and I stayed sleepy the next day. So maybe I just need one.

The dose is two but I took one to see if it would work, and I had a very good night's sleep. The second night was less good, and after that quite a few days passed. I felt like it was not working at all so I took two, they did nothing, so I've stopped taking it. I'm disappointed to say the least.

I bought this when I saw it advertised on TV at 3:00 O' Clock in the morning. First two nights I took the recommended dose (2 pills). The second morning I had a melatonin hangover, which I have had before. (I can only tolerate 3 mg of melatonin without getting brain fog the next morning). A full dose of this (2 pills) has 5 mg of melatonin according to the label. Too much for me. So now I am taking 1/2 dose (1 pill) and it does help some. I may edit this for a better review over more time.

Really relaxed me

I have beem taking this for over 6 months. It works! I take magnesium citrate with it before bed. I use to take cbd oil gummies they stopped working.

This does not necessarily knock you out, but it’s helpful to get to sleep and to stay asleep.

I felt wobbly on my feet many hours later and it took quite long time, after taking, for me to feel like I could fall asleep. I'm purchasing another maximum strength RS to see if the side effects lessen as most ingredients aren't as strong. 10 MG melatonin alone doesn't affect me. It's amazing how some brains just refuse to shut down regardless of how little sleep you get even with no worries.
