The product definitely works in about an hour, just relax and roll with the flow and you will become relaxed and drift off to dreamland . good stuff, no harmful ingredients either.

Didn't work for me.

I have been using Relaxium Sleep Aid for a few nights, and I can confidently say that it has significantly improved my sleep quality. The combination of melatonin and other beneficial ingredients, like magnesium, really helps me relax without leaving me feeling groggy the next day. Within just 30 to 45 minutes, I feel the effects kicking in, and I wake up feeling revitalized, much better than any other sleep aids I’ve tried. I particularly appreciate that it strikes the right balance; it’s effective without being too strong or overwhelming.

I thought I would try this and it works well for me - I only need to take one an hour before bedtime, and will take another if I wake during the night and can’t get back to sleep. Does contain melatonin.

I felt wobbly on my feet many hours later and it took quite long time, after taking, for me to feel like I could fall asleep. I'm purchasing another maximum strength RS to see if the side effects lessen as most ingredients aren't as strong. 10 MG melatonin alone doesn't affect me. It's amazing how some brains just refuse to shut down regardless of how little sleep you get even with no worries.

This works well for falling asleep about an hour after taking it. I only take one at bedtime and the effects last around six hours with no morning grogginess.

This product helps to calm me. I have challenges falling asleep and staying sleep. This product will help me fall asleep, but I still wake up during the night. Its easy to use and I like bc it says it is natural. I may order it again bc it works to relax me .
