Then my husband was walking our senior pup (15 years old) a larger neighborhood dog got away from his owner and grabbed our 12 lb senior pup by the neck and was shaking her. She ended up only needing stitches but she just wasn’t interested in food or water. When ended up syringing her water, then remembered the formula said it was good for senior dogs and dogs in recovery. We started syringing her the formula. Well she perked right up and really lapped it up. She is doing great now and is eating her regular meals and her new brothers leftovers. It is easy to use and it mixes up well, no lumps. It kinda smells like goats milk, but it does not say it has goats milk in it.
