VEGA Altessa Series (Pizza Plate 31.5cm,White)

I'm very happy with this purchase as these plates are useful for many purposes. Originally, from a quirk in the photo, I thought that the platters were completely flat and what I was looking for. I'd previously bought a flat 12 inch ceramic cheese board from a retail store and I wanted a second for pizza as a lip interferes a bit with cutting the pizza. No matter. These platters are strong yet neither too thick or thin - a perfect weight. The lip on the edge is subtle. The white color is an attractive shade of white. The platter will be useful to set a white soufflé cup to the center with dip and surround it with crudités, chicken wings, etc. or just use as a serving platter. The price is very reasonable and the platters arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

These make pizza evenings so much more fun. Everyone loves these plates. One arrived broken and the customer service was awesome with the replacement of the broken plate. Beautiful plates. Can only recommend these. It makes a huge difference to eat a pizza of a flat plate like this & the plates are just beautiful. I love their designs so much & ordered both the basil & oregano.
