No, it looks like that chair has a welded on plate for the wheel locks to mount on.

Q: Will this fit a probasics model ?

If the armrests do not come off or swing up these will work. It the armrests are removable you need the WL050. It has to do with how far the wheels are out. Please watch our video to explain this.
