Very bad adulterated product. Not worth for money
The product is not a pure Beeswax. I am 100% sure it was an adulterated wax. Beeswax will never be like stone hard to cut. It is always very soft, but your product took so much efforts to cut. In my formula I was adding Olive Oil, in spite of adding the oil as well as different kinds of essential oils still when it was cooled and hardened stiill it was like stone. Please don't cheat your customer like this. If you are not going to be honest with me, I am going to send the remaining wax to Chemical lab to find out the truth about the material you have mixed with it.
