not good function at all, make the hair fuzzy, not worth at all to pay for that, the effect will not stay more than 10 min, heavy, and it take long time to make straight Even one star is more than enough based on the its price

Stopped working after few months

It broke after less than 6 months and Dyson is claiming this seller is not an authorised seller. Avoid the product, avoid the seller

The product was advertised as "international version", hence you would expect Type C/F plug and 230VAC 50HZ power supply. This is Indian version with Type D plug. Luckily power supply is matching. You would though that such import information should be highlighted. Now for warranty. Considering the above - i have doubts that warranty is applicable. Probably "grey import product", sold bypassing Dyson dealership.

Es un buen producto, me llegó en su caja original y sellado . Este producto necesita tiempo para afinar la técnica, mi cabello es largo , delgado , abundante y con frizz. Desde cero , me toma máximo 15 min terminar mi cabello. Es verdad que en zonas altas presenta un error, sin embargo en mi caso no ha sido impedimento para usarlo. No maltrata el cabello aunque la uses a diario.

I've been a victim of the hair flatiron my whole life, can't blow dry my hair like the salon with a round brush to save my life! But this dyson replaces all my hair tools. I bought the airstrait specifically because my hair is naturally curly/wavy & frizzy and I mostly just straightener my hair. I was skeptical but I don't need anything else now! And it cut my hair time in half! It made my hair so soft, not too loud at all like I thought it would be also! If you go over it a few times from wet to dry it's straightens it marvelously! It's absolutely mind blowing and I wish I had this years ago!! Hope it helps my damaged hair from years of straightening with a flatiron. ***It's a little awkward at first using it but once you get the hang of it it's magic! Worth every penny!

I have curly hair and have always hated that I have to blow dry my hair or wait to air dry before using a flat iron. Getting my hair from my natural to straight used to take me 2-3 hours. I can now have my hair from fully wet to dry and straight in about 20 minutes. And when I want refresh it after it’s already straight it’s more like 5-10 minutes. It’s a game changer!!! It also works SO WELL if you want to straighten your hair while it’s already dry. I was genuinely shocked because I was under the impression that for it to work well your hair had to be wet but that is not the case. I can use this on wet or dry hair and get the same result. Also the shine and volume I’m able to achieve using this is incredible. I also love that this is not a flat iron, just a really cool blow dryer. I have super fine hair that breaks VERY easily and since I started using this in place of a flat iron I’ve noticed significantly less breakage. I know the heat is still damaging but I use a good heat protectant and my ends are visibly less damaged than they were 6 months ago when I was using a flat iron 1-3 times a week. I know you can technically achieve the same results with a round brush and hair dryer but that takes skill and practice. I’ve never been able to achieve sleek straight hair with just blow dryer and round brush. It always comes out frizzy and poofy and I end up having to follow up with a flat iron. Which takes forever and it’s 2 rounds of heat styling which is horrible for your hair. I am obsessed with the air straight and if you love having straight hair you should ditch your flat iron and get this. Your hair will thank you and you will save so much time.

If you typically straighten your hair, this tool is a game changer. For reference, I have long, curly hair that is thick and fine. I normally let my hair air dry overnight and use a flat iron in the morning to straighten. It takes so much time, I usually hate hair day. With this tool, I was able to go from wet hair to completely dry and straight in 30 minutes. It is absolutely amazing! Using a traditional hair dryer and straighter, it normally takes me at minimum 1 hour, to do that all at one time. It’s important to read the directions as they provide styling tips and give more detail on all the functions. More than enough power and heat to get the job done. Left my hair feeling so soft and shiny, no damage. So excited to keep using this tool as hair day just got easier and way more fun! I have used the Shark Flex Style to try and straighten my hair and the Dyson is much better. It is definitely lighter to hold and took less passes on my hair to get it straight and dry from wet. The Dyson only took 2 passes per section of hair where the Shark Flex Style took 4-5 passes. Also, the sound pitch and noise level on the Dyson seems quieter than the Shark Flex Style, as it has a weird high pitch sound when compared to the Dyson. The auto sensing on the Dyson is a very nice feature as well that the Shark Flex Style lacks. All in all, if straightening is your go to style, this tool is worth every penny!

Yo tengo el cabello ondulado/rizado muy grueso, abundante y largo (1 metro aprox de largo) y ufff... me ha ido de maravilla. Tengo listo mi cabello en 50 min saliendo de bañarme. No que antes debía lavarme el cabello desde una noche antes para que estuviera completamente seco para planchar y demoraba casi dos horas para medio alisármelo. Mi modo de uso: Suelo medio secarlo con la presión de aire de la plancha al punto que quede un poco húmedo, siempre coloco protector para calor; ya en modo alisado suelo usar el modo húmedo a tope y con dos pasadas tengo para secarlo por completo, después una pasada en modo seco y listo. PD: Aproveché una oferta de amazon y me salió en $9k mxn PD2: Recomiendo en caso de que te pase como a mí que sueles tardar la vida para alisártelo (porque demoras en secártelo bien), y que tengas un cabello manejable. Mi cabello no tiene tinta. PD 3: Me he hecho dos tratamientos de keratina que por el largo y la cantidad de cabello me costaron $7k así que simplemente me vino bien esta inversión.
