Is a great book but the book quality always come in such a terrible condition
One big reason I dislike ordering books from Amazon is the books always arrive in a bad condition. Hence I always opt for other online stores first before going to Amazon. The book is great! Just the way they pack the book is terrible! This is not a delivery issue or a book issue but an Amazon packing issue!

As a PhD student myself, I can assure you that this book is one of the best books that I have come across in the market. This is pure researched content by the authors and a must read if you are a serious researcher working into a great research problem at a reputed university. The amount of knowledge you get from this is simply great.

A useful standard work for every level of researcher
I have been using this book in my history upper-level undergrad and grad seminars for years; I still use it for myself. It is much more useful than some of the history-specific method books. I am not sure I like some of the examples used in this latest edition and I am not sure the restructuring was necessary, but I'll get used to it. Whether you're a grad student or a professional stuck on an assignment or planning a new project, this is the go-to guide.
