I was wary of spending this much money on something to hit balls at the kids on our tball team to work on fielding bc I had previously just used one of their little bats. This was worth the hype though. It has lots of pop and somehow allows you to hit balls exactly where and how you want them to go. I can call out a player’s name and it goes right to them with precision whether it’s a pop fly, line drive, or grounder. We use it every single practice and it has greatly improved our fielding.

Got tired of my wood fungoes getting broken every couple of years. Length is shorter than wood version. Expected to have more pop however disappointed.

I have bought two SSK fungo bats and have enjoyed both of them. Takes a while to get used to the sound of the metal one but I think that is just me being a baseball purist and appreciating a good wood fungo. That ball will fly off of it though!!
