I’m extremely pleased with these DAO tablets. I’ve found they have really helped with my stomach issues associated with histamine intolerance. I haven’t noticed any side effects, and the product was exactly as described. Overall, I’m very happy with the effects of the product and would definitely consider purchasing them again. Thank you!

I have been able to drink alcohol again after 20 years of thinking I was allergic. I take with water immediately before consuming alcohol and I don’t get that instant migraine/unpleasant/anxiety/palpitations/slurring etc. I’m not a big drinker but it’s nice to be able to socialise a bit with a drink now and again. I don’t take these regularly as I try to keep my histamine level relatively low with diet. For me a game changer but every body is different and complicated.,

I have to say, I like this stuff. It’s taken me years to realise I suffer from histamine overload, quite probably MCAS, and this stuff helps massively. It’s one of those things I tried for a while, felt better, stopped taking, wondered why I felt crap, started taking again and felt better. If I feel ‘stressed’ after eating these help a lot, although I tend to take with food regardless now. Likewise in the night if you have sweats and high heart rate, these sort it out within about 20 minutes. Ultimately if you suffer from histamine issues, these will help you, if you don’t, they won’t. If they don’t work for you, don’t blame the product, you just don’t have a histamine problem, and I envy you.

These have been of great value to me helping to manage my condition ( I don't make the enzyme DAO) They have been a god send. Histamine intolerance can be so debilitating and the fact that the NHS don't check or even treat people for this condition is very annoying. It took me years to discover the cause of all my symptoms!

The dosage per tablet is too small , and therefore one needs to take 2 tablets instead of the one tablet advised. I couldn’t find any information or literature about exactly how many units there are per tablet. So disappointed with the product. I have reordered because the tablets ran out sooner than expected, because the dose has to be doubled.

Bought them out of desperation.. trying to help myself with high histamine levels. I’ve been taking for about 8 days now and for me they didn’t work instantly, but I think I might be one of those people that it takes its time on! I think they are just starting to work now. I will continue to see how it goes.

I have histamine intolerance and these really help me if taken 20 minutes in advance of eating something fermented (soy sauce, kimchi, wine, etc)

Apart from not helping the problem with histamine it gave me a bad rash and severe headache , do not buy

Es ist einfach ein super Produkt es hilft mir bei den Symptomen der Histamin Intoleranz. Mit den Bauchschmerzen und der Übelkeit hätte ich leben können, aber mit dem extremen Juckreiz nicht. Konnte nicht mehr richtig schlafen und habe mir in der Nacht vor lauter Juckreiz die Oberarm auf gekratzt. Echt belastend ,aber Dank der Kapseln ist die Lebensqualität wieder hergestellt. Das besondere daran sind die Vier einzelnen Wirkstoff in Form einer Tabelle, die speziell wirken . Sie nehmen mir sämtliche Symptome. Kein Juckreiz, Übelkeit und Bauchschmerzen mehr. Aber natürlich sollte man seine Ernährung umstellen und weniger Histamin haltige Lebensmittel Essen. Aber man kann auch Dank dieser Kapseln Mal sündigen. Kann sie nur weiterempfehlen, Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist für die Wirkung super. Aber Vergesst nie jeder Körper reagiert anders. Also einfach einmal ein Monat testen .

Ma digestion s'est beaucoup améliorée, je n'ai pratiquement aucune réaction aux repas. Manger me donne une certaine tranquillité d'esprit lorsque je prends l'enzyme qui m'aide à digérer ce que mon corps rejette.
