Get this. *by A***R on 10 May 2026* I have to say, I like this stuff. It’s taken me years to realise I suffer from histamine overload, quite probably MCAS, and this stuff helps massively. It’s one of those things I tried for a while, felt better, stopped taking, wondered why I felt crap, started taking again and felt better. If I feel ‘stressed’ after eating these help a lot, although I tend to take with food regardless now. Likewise in the night if you have sweats and high heart rate, these sort it out within about 20 minutes. Ultimately if you suffer from histamine issues, these will help you, if you don’t, they won’t.
