I wanted a small, lightweight bench for home use that can easily be folded and stored out of the way. My house is small and my living room doubles as my exercise room -- so portability is important. This bench meets my needs exactly! Fully assembled, it weighs about 18lb. The tools included with the kit were good quality, and the written instructions were & illustrations were very clear. I've tried it out for several different exercises in different positions (flat, inclined) - and the bench is stable and comfortable. In the flat position, the bench is 17" high, and pad is 42" long and 11"wide. (I measured because the weight and dimensions were unclear to me in the product description) I would not consider this a heavy-duty workout bench -- and I wouldn't expect that from a portable bench like this. Just a quick assembly tip -- based on some statements in the product reviews -- be sure to fully tighten the nuts to the bolts so they are fully seated. It is necessary to use the supplied hex and crescent wrenches as shown in the product video. The bench is very stable when properly assembled. It's also important to properly seat the locking pins (these are the pins with rings on one end that can be removed to fold up the bench for storage). They serve an important function for the bench's stability - so they should be pressed completely through holes in the metal at the two junctions between the legs and the seat. They are easy to remove and replace for storage, but do require a firm pull or push because they are designed to click in place once inserted.

Durable enough for heavy weight, folds up small enough to fit under a bed, and adjusts for different exercises. Low price too; great for getting started.

This bench has great padding and is easy to use. It has great incline for different workouts. The only thing I can say about this bench is that it is a little wobbly, and I have not been able to secure the screws enough for it not to wobble.

I mean it's a weight bench for $25 including postage. That shouldn't even be a thing. Feels surprisingly solid for that amount, folds down to about half length / double width which majes it easy for me to store under a counter. Folding it in and out requires removing and re-inserting two small metal keys, takes maybe 30 seconds. When laying on it, the bench feels pretty solid and padding is adequate. The only area that feels a bit "cheap" is the edges of the padded areas because there's only a very thin fabric material covering it and holding the padding in place. Feels like it could rip, but maybe it's sturdier than it feels, will adjust this review in a year if it's still going strong. Also it's pretty light weight, so if you're over 150 lbs and using it for leg raises or other less stable exercises, you probably want to push it against a couch or something. Very happy with the purchase so far, so five stars.
