I bought this gelatin because it has collagen and is good for skin and hair. The quality is good. I like that it’s made from beef and has no flavor. The container lasts a long time. However, it doesn’t dissolve well. Sometimes it leaves a few clumps.

Dissolves in any warm drink. There is no flavor. I have not tried any of the recipes. Using strictly to get more protein into my diet from a clean organic source.

. This is a decent gelatin powder. Like any gelatin powder it needs to be bloomed in room temp water then warm liquid added to make it smooth. Was hoping it would have a bit more protein, but it's still decent amount as is.
